Bella recently took to Instagram to share images of Willow Smith saying she sometimes doesn’t feel “good enough” along with a series of crying selfies.

This has been pretty much my daily, every night for a few years now,” Bella wrote after Willow’s quote. “Social media isn’t real. For anyone who is having a hard time, please remember that.”

“Sometimes all you need to hear is that you’re not alone. So from me to you, you’re not alone. I love you, I see you and I hear you.”

“Self-help and mental illness/chemical imbalance are not linear and it’s almost like a smooth rollercoaster of obstacles…it has its ups and downs, and side to side.”

“But I want you to know that there is always light at the end of the tunnel, and the roller coaster always stops at some point.”

As an aside, she added: “There’s always room to reboot it, but for me it’s always been nice to know that even if it takes a few days, weeks or months, to some extent gets better, if only for a little while.”

“It took me a long time to get that into my mind, but I’ve had enough breakdowns and burnouts to know this: If you work hard enough on yourself, spend time alone dealing with your traumas, triggers, joys, and routine. understand, you will always be able to understand or learn more about your own pain and how to deal with it.”

“That’s all you can ask of yourself. Anyway.’
