Blake Moynes Rumored To Be The Star Of ‘The Bachelor’ Season 27 After Katie Thurston’s Breakup

Rumor has it that Blake Moynes is being considered to star in the bachelor 27th season after his split from the bachelorette alum Katie Thurston. Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone reported late last month that The Bachelor will air two seasons of the show, season 26 — starring Michelle Young’s the bachelorette worshiper Clayton Echard — and season 27 in 2022.

The new schedule change would likely push the bachelors 19th season back to fall 2022.

And now, according to the @Deuxmoi Instagram gossip account, ABC is looking at Blake as the lead actor for Season 27, which is expected to begin filming in February 2022 and premiere in Spring 2022.

@Deuxmoi recently received an email tip with the following subject: “Another 2022 Bachelor.”

The anonymous person wrote: “My friend works in the casting department for… The Bachelor franchisee. A well-known bachelor party participant who is currently going through a breakup is now in talks to become the next bachelor in 2022.”

The Instagram user added: “They want to put him like icing on the cake on his entire journey on TV.”

Although the person did not reveal Blake’s name, she continued: “His journey is similar to Nick Viall’s. They also want to film it entirely in Canada, because that’s where he comes from.”

Blake is a wildlife manager from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada who previously competed for both Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams on the bachelors sixteenth season last year.

Blake then won the heart of Katie Thurston the bachelors seventeenth edition, the finale of which aired on ABC in August, but in October they announced their mutual and amicable breakup.

The email sent to @Deuxmoi concluded: “He also has a really big personality, so there’s a lot of potential for great TV.”

Blake is known for being outgoing, daring and essentially potty-mouthed – and he totally owns it.

Carbone reported that casting for the bachelor The 27th season is already underway.

Meanwhile, Clayton’s The Bachelor season is currently filming, and he was said to have been spotted filming the wife’s birthplace dates earlier this week, meaning Clayton has determined his final 4 singles for season 26.

ABC has yet to announce Clayton’s The Bachelor participation, and so it seems unlikely that the network will be announcing its season 27 undergraduate anytime soon.

As for the fate of the bachelors upcoming 19th season, Carbone reported, “I believe the ‘Bachelorette’ will shoot on the same schedule as the last 2 summers like Clare/Tayshia & Michelle’s, which is mid/late July to late Aug/early September, and airs October until Dec.”

Carbone has heard that ABC can make this the “new normal” and future format – two The Bachelor seasons and one the bachelorette expenditure per calendar year.

the bachelors The 18th season starring Michelle currently airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC. She will enter week 3 of the process and will continue to make major cuts.

Katie and Blake’s family, friends and dogs have gathered around the exes as they heal from their broken engagement.

“When times are really hard and things just don’t go the way you hoped…it’s always the same ‘gang’ that gets you back on your feet,” Blake wrote Monday in a slideshow of photos of his dogs.

“It feels good to get back into the rhythm.”

Blake, who apparently took his dogs to Hamilton Beach to fetch and jump into the water, continued: “But as much as I lean on my people/fur family in moments like this, I really have to acknowledge you all, my new-found social family for all the love, support, encouragement and even patience this past week.”

Blake concluded, “Cheers to you, super grateful…fur really. #family #furfamily #socialfam.”

Blake uploaded his post hours after Katie first publicly addressed their breakup in a tearful Instagram video over the Halloween weekend.

“I’m a big believer in your happiness. Your happiness is the most important thing, and that being said – why not pursue it?” Katie shared.

“I think a lot of people stay in relationships because they put so much time and effort into it and they keep waiting for new results, thinking like, ‘If this happens, it will change. Once we’re engaged, as soon as we get married, if we once having kids, things will change, they will get better.”

Katie added: “And sometimes you don’t have to wait for something big.”

Katie therefore suggested that many factors led to her split from Blake and that there was no explosive or dramatic end to their romance.

“I think a lot of people think, ‘Well, what really happened? What’s the big thing that happened to Katie and Blake?’ And it’s like we were together for six months,” Katie said.

“Blak and I are very level-headed and mature and we communicate very well about our thoughts.”

Katie hinted that she and Blake might have been arguing too much.

“We both knew that if this is what our first six months as a couple were like, going forward, it wouldn’t be in our best interest for our happiness to stay together. And so, as you know, we have mutual decided to part ways,” Katie commented.

“But we still keep in touch and we still support each other. [There’s] nothing but love and respect, really. It’s hard to navigate, because then people naturally doubt the authenticity of the love and the relationship.”

Katie then swallowed the tears and said, “I think Blake and I were lucky enough to recognize things early and… [we] made the best decision for us. That comes with its own challenges.”

Katie confirmed that she and Blake are “still processing a lot of emotions” and that their hearts have not yet recovered.

She concluded, “If something takes that away from you — and that’s not even a dig at Blake, that’s just a dig at what he and I were partners — then we owe it to each other to leave. And so that’s what we do.”

According to an insider, a “big thing” for the couple was the fact that “they had problems with their communication styles”, The sun recently reported.

“Katie is much quicker to call out little things, while Blake just lets things slip,” the insider claimed. “Her outbursts eventually became too much for him to handle.”

The insider also claimed that Katie felt like she was “doing more”. [effort] in the relationship than’ Blake was.

Katie and the wildlife manager reportedly split on the weekend of October 22 after the season 17 the bachelorette star first performed stand-up comedy in front of an audience at a show in Anaheim, CA.

The sun previously reported that Katie flew to Canada on Saturday, Oct. 23 — just hours after the comedy show — to address the issues she and Blake had been procrastinating for weeks.

Multiple reports are circulating that living in different countries and trying to make a long distance relationship work is why Katie and Blake’s engagement failed.

Katie just moved into a new apartment in San Diego, CA in August, and Blake — who lives in Toronto, Canada — often travels to Africa for his conservation efforts, most recently rescuing rhinoceroses.

Katie reportedly missed Blake when he was gone and wished he could be with her more; however, neither person was reportedly willing to move for the other.

The sun reported that the breakup was “not one person’s fault,” infidelity had nothing to do with it, and that Katie and Blake were simply “rushed.”

The announcement of Katie and Blake’s breakup came just days after Katie admitted that she “totally winged” her relationship with Blake after their engagement on television.

“I’m, like, totally figuring out my life right now,” Katie had said Us Weekly.

During the U.S interview, Katie — who originally competed for the heart of Matt James on the bachelor Season 25 — had sounded a bit indifferent about her relationship with Blake, who first appeared on the bachelors sixteenth season last year and joined Katie’s season several weeks into the process.

“We’ll find out,” Katie had said. “We don’t know. This is still very new to us. I’m just focusing on myself, him on him, and if we work on that, great.”

When Katie and Blake were still together, they had said they were in no rush to get married and planned to travel together and learn about each other’s backgrounds, interests, hobbies and places of residence before setting up an “anchor” or city chose to get married. set up as a couple.

“I don’t think people fully understand what it’s like to date someone from another country and the rules behind it and the visas behind it,” Katie said in a series of videos posted to her Instagram Stories in late August.

“I think at this point Blake can only be here for 60 days before he has to go back to Canada. So we really have a lot to look at – and we just don’t have that yet.”
