Actor Dean Cain joined “Fox & Friends” to discuss Alec Baldwin’s first interview since the on-set shooting of “Rest” that resulted in the death of Halyna Hutchins. Cain said there was “without a doubt” negligence on set and wondered how Baldwin could say he didn’t feel guilty, even if it was an accident.

Someone brought that live ammunition to the set, and that’s a problem. … Anyone with experience, even if Alec is Baldwin, should have opened the cylinder and checked. A safety meeting should have taken place beforehand. It’s standard protocol, and it wasn’t followed. So there is negligence, no doubt. The fact that he doesn’t feel guilty?
