Dean Stockwell, child actor who later starred in TV’s ‘Quantum Leap’, dies aged 85

Robert Dean Stockwell was born in Los Angeles on March 5, 1936. His father, Harry, voiced the prince in Disney’s “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”; his mother, the former Elizabeth Veronica, performed in vaudeville and took both her sons to an open audition for “The Innocent Voyage,” leading to their Broadway debut. The older brother of Mr. Stockwell, Guy, continued to act as an adult, appearing with him in an episode of ‘Quantum Leap’.
