Dua Lipa’s legs and abs look so toned in tights and a crop top on Instagram

Dua Lipa is back with even more outfit inspiration on Instagram. The “Break My Heart” singer, 26, revealed her amazing abs and super-sculpted legs in a brand new photo dump and recent Instagram story.

“Do not wine”, Dua writes with her message. Her defined legs are fully featured in sheer black tights and a checkered mini skirt. Fans in the comments couldn’t understand how muscular she looks: “🔥🔥🔥,” one user wrote, while someone else added: “QUEEN👸.”

Then Dua flashed her washboard abs in a quick Instagram Story snap to celebrate Albania’s Independence Day. Her core is the real star of this crop top and jeans outfit:

Turns out Dua has been pretty open about the fitness routine that helps her stay so fit. She loves early morning workouts, mostly via Zoom. “Whether it’s on Zoom, working out with my friend Ella in LA, who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny coming over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy. and need someone to get me motivated start my day really well,” she told Refinery29.

The “Levitating” singer tries to move as much as possible during her busy day. “I like to do something that’s really quick and fast, like a 15-minute HIIT session that I can do before I start my day,” she shared. Viva in 2018.

“If I have to call very early, I don’t want to wake up hours before I have to exercise. So an intense workout, shower, breakfast and I’m on my way,” added Dua.

When she wants to work on her abs, Dua sticks to the classics. She does “variations of crunches,” such as bike crunches and leg raises. “Shelves are good, although almost certainly my least favorite!” she said Refinery29.

As for her diet, Dua likes to end her day by making a healthy dinner at home. “With all the running I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life,” she explained.

And she knows when to treat herself. “I try to stay as healthy as possible when I can,” she told Adidas, according to Beauty Crew. “I’m never one to stop myself from eating treats, I love naughty treats. But I try to limit it to days when I’m not so busy because when I eat a donut I usually go into a food coma! ”

Sounds simple enough – and it’s clearly a recipe for success!
