Lahore: Pakistan has made three changes as national selectors confirmed the squad for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 on Friday, scheduled in the United Arab Emirates from October 17 to November 14.
The team was announced on September 4, but after taking into account the performance and form of the players, the selectors have made three changes.
Sarfaraz Ahmed and Haider Ali have replaced Azam Khan and Mohammad Hasnain respectively, while Fakhar Zaman, who was originally appointed as a travel reserve, has swapped places with Khushdil Shah.

The decision to include Sohaib Maqsood in the team will be made on medical advice. The first-order hitter underwent a lower back MRI after the Oct. 6 National T20 game against Northern and missed Thursday’s Punjab derby against Central Punjab.
