  • Gemma Chan showed off her super sculpted legs at the L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth event.

  • The actress, 39, looked so strong in a pleated black dress with a thigh-high split.

  • Yoga and Pilates are Gemma’s go-tos for staying fit and toned.

Eternals star Gemma Chan spoke at the L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth event, and she just shared some BTS content from the filming of an NBC special for the guests of honor.

In a new Instagram post, Gemma shared photos of herself with the honorees, along with information about each. But it’s hard to miss the first snap, where Gemma is sporting a gorgeous black dress with an accordion pleat at the bottom and a thigh-high slit that shows off toned legs for days.

Many people have noticed it in the comments. “Wow, you look very beautiful,” one wrote. “Beautiful, as always,” said another.

Okay, but how did the 39-year-old get those killer legs? She loves workouts specifically designed to tone your muscles, for starters.

“I like doing yoga,” Gemma recently told Vogue UK. “I just started Pilates, which is brutal – so brutal, deceiving even.”

Gemma said she has a “mini morning routine” that’s a mix of yoga, sun salutations, and Pilates core work. “It only takes about 10 minutes, but I find that if I do that in the morning, it sets me up for the day ahead and my posture is better,” she said. “Even if I’m just sitting on the couch working on my laptop, having done that makes me feel better.”

That’s not all Gemma does, though. “When I was training for” Captain Marvel I took boxing lessons, which I really enjoyed,” she said. Gemma shared in a 2019 interview that she also needed intense core muscles for her role as Minn-Erva in the superhero movie.

“You just really need to work on your core strength,” she said. “I have to keep my arms up all the time because [I’m] hold a gun.” But she added that she couldn’t lift her arms more than 90 degrees because of her tight suit.

“It was really hard work. It took a lot of effort,” she says. “My arms were killing me at the end of each day!”

Gemma also revealed to Fashion that she and a few friends had a regular Zoom party during the early part of the pandemic-induced lockdown. “We’d share the music and we’d have a drink and dance,” she said. “I don’t know if it really counts as good exercise…but there you go.”

Totally counts!
