New Stranger Things Season 4 Teaser sees the Student adapt to his new social life

Netflix’s unpopular coming-of-age sci-fi hit, Stranger Things, is getting ready for its fourth season and a mid-2022 release. So far, we’ve only had one short, creepy trailer and a naughty sneak peek at the 80s-inspired show.

Now we have a freshly cut teaser that draws the curtain from Stranger Things’ most likeable couple, Eleven and Mike, who do their best to make things work in a long distance relationship.

Go ahead and take a look at the new Stranger Things footage below:

As you can see above, Mike is on spring break in faraway California, and the couple has to make do with writing letters to each other. Meanwhile, the student is adjusting to his new routine as a student at Hawkins High School and is busy taking on the usual challenges that growing up brings.

It’s clear that Eleven still misses Mike and has been painstakingly counting down the days since she last saw him. Whoa!

Of course, one of the biggest questions is still: What the hell happened to Jim Hopper, and how does he – and the Soviets who captured him – get into things? Unfortunately, the good old Hop is nowhere to be seen in this latest Stranger Things teaser.

While season 4 of Stranger Things has no specific release date, it is scheduled to bring its retro sci-fi thriller exclusively to Netflix sometime in mid-2022.
