We have reached the third round of the United Rugby Championship and Munster will travel for his toughest game yet.
Scarlets v Munster will kick off at 2pm on Sunday 10th October at Parc and Scarlets in Wales. Ben Blain will be in charge of the match, while Neil Paterson will be in charge of the TMO.
The game will be broadcast live on URC TV, RTÉ 2 and Premier Sports this Sunday.
Scarlets are in good shape having lost just one of their last six home games at PRO14, Rainbow Cup and United Rugby Championship.
The Welsh team enjoyed a comfortable home win against the Lions last weekend. They are also set to welcome three of their own Lions players this week: Captain Ken Owens, Wyn Jones and Gareth Davies.
The deer have claimed two strong wins with bonus points to start the new season at Thomond Park against South African opposition. Munster now faces his biggest test of the season against Dwayne Peel’s Scarlets on Sunday afternoon.
Munster has lost only twice on the road in any competition this year. They will also have the opportunity to wear their Adidas Alternate uniform for the first time this season.

Scarlets v Munster betting
Scarlets (-5) 10/11
Tie (-5) 1/22
Munster (+5) 10/11
Even with the big raises of the last two weeks, it’s difficult for Munster to get a win on the weekend. With the much-changed side of Johann Van Graam and the Lions players returning from Scarlet, the Stags will need a lot of faith to get anything out of this game.
Expect the Scarlets to win the game by less than ten points.
