If you are aware of, then you’ve seen the normally sweet-natured, sweet-natured Nathan Shelley turn into a slightly creepy villain.
The former kit manager turned assistant coach has been pursuing glory lately. Spoiler: After a spell that had given discouraging feedback to one of the players, Nate Roy kissed Kent’s girlfriend Keeley before revealing Ted’s panic attacks to the press.
Now, in a slick fan edit, Nate is the ultimate villain. “What if Ted Lasso was a horror” features Nate and his spitting in the mirror scene, along with a screeching string soundtrack and a violent blood spatter across the face of Mexican transfer Dani Rojas.

Ted Lasso scored highly at the 2021 Emmys, winning Best Comedy and Best Acting Awards for Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham and Brett Goldstein.
But the Apple TV Plus series also has. The discourse surrounding the normally uplifting series has turned a bit sour, with some calling season 2 a “disappointment.”
Season 2 isn’t over yet and Nate actor Nick Mohammed tweeted that he was aware of the “rumbling discourse” surrounding his character.
“Just a quickie to say I’m aware of the rumbling discourse within the… #TedLasso community on Nate’s journey this season. It’s all right. Promise to respond as soon as we get to the very end. But for now, I’ll remain a stupid little actor playing a jerk!”
He also retweeted Francis Siberini’s horror edit.
What a good sport.
The final episode of Ted Lasso Season 2 comes to Apple TV Plus this Friday, October 8.
Movies coming in 2021 and 2022 from Netflix, Marvel, HBO and more
