British fighter Tyson Fury has reacted to Manchester United’s 2-0 Premier League derby loss to Manchester City on Saturday.
Fury said the Man United players are not “digging deep” with their coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, after his loss to Pep Guardiola’s men.
He also joked that Man United are ‘taking a worse beating than’ former heavyweight rival Deontay Wilder, adding that he and former Man United defender Patrice Evra may have to visit the club’s training ground to straighten the equipment.
Eric Bailly’s own goal and a Bernado Silva goal gave Man City all three points against Man United at Old Trafford.
“After today’s loss to City, it’s fair to say United are taking a worse beating than Deontay Wilder took in all his fights against me,” Fury said in an Instagram video after the game.

“We are absolutely devastated. I think it’s partly because the players, without disrespecting any of you, don’t seem like they’re digging deep to try and win these games.
“It seems that you are happy to overcome them and whatever happens, happens.
“You know, when I fought Wilder and he was on the court, and with any man that I ever fought, I never believed that I was going to lose the fight.
