The Washington Huskies (4-4) were set to open the Pac-12 road game on Thursday with a tough road test against No. 11 Arizona (6-0) at the McKale Center in Tucson, Arizona, but Washington confirmed the game has been postponed .
“Due to COVID-19 protocols within the Washington program, the men’s Husky basketball game against Arizona, scheduled for Thursday, December 2 in Tucson, Ariz, has been postponed,” the school said. The Pac-12 conference will work with the programs to find a mutually acceptable date to reschedule the game.”
An earlier tweet from Jason Scheer indicated that Washington had to reschedule due to a “COVID situation.”
