Zendaya Tom Holland Cuddle Pictures French Award Show

the couple and Spider Man costars both attended the Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris yesterday.

Two weeks ago, Zendaya and Tom Holland finally graciously addressed the lingering rumors about their relationship status. But the Spider-Man: No Way Home costars have remained low ever since, and – quite characteristically – even disregarding public displays of affection while attending an event in Paris last night.

Zendaya and Tom both attended yesterday’s red carpet procession at the Ballon d’Or, an annual awards ceremony hosted by France Football, a French magazine that celebrates athletic achievements within the sport.

Before we move on, let’s take a moment to pause and admire Zendaya’s latest spectacular look. The Euphoria actor and recent CFDA Fashion Icon winner wore a backless dress designed by Roberto Cavalli, which, as you can see, needs no other introduction.

Tom was there too. And while Ballon d’Or’s official Twitter account shared a single video of his and Zendaya’s respective red carpet arrivals, neither half of our new (-ish) favorite couple interacted with the other during the photo chat from the evening.

That shouldn’t surprise us too much given that Zendaya and Tom rarely appear in photos together and generally like to stay under the radar when it comes to details about their personal lives.

That said, I want to quickly draw our attention to these sweet shots of the couple posing together in their Ballon d’Or ceremonial attire. The photos surfaced on Twitter last night and were later reposted by Pop Crave.

Months after paparazzi images of Zendaya and Tom kissing in a Los Angeles car nearly broke the internet, the two acknowledged their relationship and shared another bid for privacy in separate interviews with GQ for the December/January cover story.

“I think loving someone is something sacred and special,” Zendaya said at the time. “The equal sentiment [we both share] is just that when you really love and care about someone, some moments or things, you wish it were your own.”
